International title: The Heist

The Heist starts in a small provincial town, where ten ordinary citizens are about to commit an extraordinary crime; the group has the chance to steal £250,000 from a security van. If they can successfully pull off the heist – and hide the loot for two weeks from the real detectives determined to stop at nothing to arrest them – it’s all theirs to keep. But as news of the crime sweeps through the town, and the team of detectives turn up the heat, will these unusual suspects have the cunning and nerve to outwit the investigators? Or will the detectives, using clever sleuthing and ingenious techniques, prove to be their downfall?
